Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of snarkpaws.com and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't.
1. Who we are
Snarkpaws is a brand operated by Snarkpaws Co., a print-on-demand apparel business. Orders are fulfilled by our print partner Printify from facilities in the US (and EU for orders shipped outside the US).
2. Ordering and pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax.
- By placing an order you make an offer to buy; the offer is accepted when we email you the order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a price was listed incorrectly due to a system error.
- Promotional discounts and sale prices are valid only during the listed period and cannot be combined with other offers.
3. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify Payments (or a third-party processor you choose: PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
4. Production and shipping
Every Snarkpaws tee is printed to order. Production typically takes 2–3 business days, plus shipping time. See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows and carriers.
5. Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the tee is unworn and unwashed, or in the case of a print defect or wrong item. Full details on our Returns Policy page.
6. Intellectual property
- All Snarkpaws design copy, illustrations, and brand assets are © 2026 Snarkpaws Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to wear the tee you purchased. Reselling Snarkpaws designs (your own listings on Etsy, Amazon, Redbubble, etc.) is not allowed and will be enforced.
- If you believe one of our designs infringes your work, email hi@snarkpaws.com with details and we'll investigate within 14 days.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically download our designs or product copy.
- Submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
- Misuse our IP or pass off our work as your own.
8. Newsletter
If you subscribe, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snarkpaws Co.'s liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
