Shipping
Every Snarkpaws tee is printed to order at our US print partner, then handed off to a carrier. Here is exactly what to expect.
Production time
2 to 3 business daysfrom when you place your order until it leaves our print partner. Sometimes faster, occasionally a day longer during a promo or holiday week. We'll always email you tracking the moment it ships.
Shipping windows (US)
- Economy (3–5 business days): $4.95, free over $50. Default.
- Standard (2–4 business days): $7.95.
- Express (1–2 business days): $14.95.
Total time from order to doorstep is production (2–3 days) + shipping window above.
Shipping windows (international)
- Canada: 7–14 business days, $12.95.
- UK / EU: 10–18 business days, $17.95.
- Rest of world: 14–28 business days, $19.95.
International orders may incur customs duties or import VAT in the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Carriers
US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Mail Innovations, or DHL eCommerce depending on size and ZIP. International ships via DHL Global Mail or USPS International. You'll get a tracking number for everything.
Order changes and cancellations
Because every tee is custom-printed, we can only edit or cancel an order during the first 6 hours after you place it. After that the print queue has taken it and we can't pull it back.
Need to change a shipping address? Email hi@snarkpaws.com as soon as possible.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days (US) or 14 days (international), email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. We will reprint and reship on us if the package is confirmed lost.
Holiday shipping
For Christmas delivery in the contiguous US: place orders by December 14, 11:59 p.m. ET with Economy, or December 19, 11:59 p.m. ET with Express. International cutoffs are 10 days earlier.
