Returns & refunds
Every Snarkpaws tee is printed for you specifically — there's no rack of inventory to restock — but we still stand behind every order. Here's the policy in plain English.
30-day window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason. The tee must be:
- Unworn (no wash, no wear).
- In original condition, with the original neck label intact.
- Not from a clearance / final-sale collection (clearly marked).
Free returns on our mistakes
If your tee has a print defect, the wrong size or design shipped, or the package arrived damaged, we cover everything:
- Free return shipping (we email you a prepaid label).
- Free reprint and reship of the correct item.
- Or full refund — your choice.
Email hi@snarkpaws.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Returns for fit or you-changed-your-mind
We honour these too, with one small ask: you cover the return shipping (typically $5–8 USPS). Once we receive the tee in original condition we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Same drill as a return — send the original back, place a new order for the right size or design. We refund the first order on receipt and the new one ships through the normal queue.
How to start a return
- Email hi@snarkpaws.com with your order number and the reason.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Pack the tee with the RMA slip inside and drop the package at any USPS or UPS counter.
- Once we receive it, we process the refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Refund timing
Refunds hit your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For Apple Pay and Shop Pay, usually 1–3 days. PayPal is instant.
What we cannot accept
- Tees that have been worn or washed.
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items marked Final Sale.
